[Atlas-framework-users] Release Candidate 1

Hi

AtlasStyler and Geopublisher 1.3 are nearly ready to be released. 

Today we added some upgrade features, that means, opening atlases created with 
GP 1.2 will automatically be transformed to work correctly with the new 
version. 

Known open issues are the filter dialog. The drop-down list of available 
operators is still not converted to CQL. 

Please test this version like hell and try to crash it ;-) We plan to release 
1.3 very soon...
