[Gpg4win-announce] Gpg4win 1.9.15 BETA Version released

Hello,

we are pleased to announce that "Gpg4win 1.9.15 BETA" 
is available for download.

The versions 1.9.x are intended for trying out and testing
the future major version 2.0.
Adressed audience are experienced crypto users and
system administrators.

The download is available via the usual download page:

You should carefully read and consider the hints
provided there.

Short overview on changes compared to version 1.1:

 - Kleopatra: The new certificate manage
   * Supports OpenPGP and S/MIME (x.509)
   * Is used by other programs as a
     service for crypto dialogs.

 - GpgEX replaces GpgEE as plugin for Internet Explorer.
   * uses Kleopatra for unified crypto dialogs.

 - GpgOL: Comprehensive update
   * now supports also PGP/MIME (instead of only "inline-PGP")
   * now supports also S/MIME
   * now uses Kleopatra for unified crypto dialogs
   * supports Outlook 2003 and 2007

 - WinPT: Removed. It's functionality is now provided via Kleopatra

 - German manuals "Einsteiger" and "Durchblicker": Superceeded
   by the german "Gpg4win Kompendium"

 - Claws Mail: Updated to version 3.7.0


Short overview on changes compared to version 1.9.14 BETA:

 - Kleopatra:
    * Centralize config dialogs: "GnuPG Backend" now integrated
      into "Configure Kleopatra"
    * File open/save dialogs shows to user folder by default
    * progress bar (in status bar) improved
    * new "About Gpg4win" dialog in Help menu
    * Update/add new translation strings.
    * Make the timing stuff end up in the kleo_log.

 - Backend und Installer:
    * Verbesserung der "allow-mark-trusted"-Funktion: die trustlist.txt
      kann nun um Fingerprints erweitert werden, die der Nutzer explizit
      nicht vertraut.

 - Gpg4win Compendium 3.0.0-beta1 reworked

 - Backend and Installer:
    * "allow-mark-trusted" function improved: trustlist.txt save
      the fingerprints which are explicit not allowed by the user.
    * Several minor and medium issues and errors were fixed.
