Hi,

I crafted a web page about how to report a bug.
Its in SVN and also online: http://www.gpg4win.org/reporting-bugs.html
(not linked yet)

Background is that I observed that many bug reports are
misplaced. IIRC, Bernhard reported about this problem also some
time ago.

Any errors in the page (please report here ;-) ?

Werner: The section "Creating debug log information" should probably
contain the simple methods for logging first. Can you give a short
description (I currently don't sit in front of a Windows system, so I can
not find out the respective menus/config/buttons)
