Initial Comment:
The current (1.9.0-svn614) installer has still the problem
that GpgEE is not removed from the system if and 1.X is installed.

AFAIU, 1.9 is not able to remove GpgEE during installation, because
it is not part of it (I wonder though why).

However, the mandatory procedure for the user is to deinstall
1.X first. This must be support by the 1.9 installer. The simplest
Method would be that it detects 1.X and informs the user that
he/she has to remove 1.X first.
