Yes.  But such work-arounds have a tendency to stick.  It would be
really good to get the KDE people interested in fixing the problem
with the dbus-daemon.

I added a kleopatra.bat to gpg4win which should do the trick.

Early enough to add a menu item then.  More important is auto-starting
kleopatra as an ui server from gpgol and gpgex.  I will do that next.
