Sorry, I have moved on :) We have a ton of --disable options in
gpg4win Makefile, and there is probably more than one test that
doesn't work.  If it makes you sleep better, just blame our cross
compilation environment :)

If you really want to fix those, I could look into it.  But it's not a
big priority for us.
