[Gpg4win-devel] gpg --change-pin fails on Admin PIN Vista 64bit

[BIL3 Administrator]

Gpg -change-pin looks to work OK for standard PIN but fails with "Error
changing the PIN: Permission denied" for the Admin PIN

 

But when running gpg -card-edit generate fail stating PINs still at default
