Initial Comment:
It would be nice for you to enable ASLR (Address space layout randomization) and DEP (Data Execution Prevention), for example: C:\Program Files\GNU\GnuPG\dirmngr.exe binary and in all exe and dll's that are loaded in order to prevent some type of malware.
