[Gpg4win-devel] Syntax error when linking with some .def files

Oh we still use w32pth?  I am not very inclined to do a new release.
What about pacthing it in gpg4win - which is anyway the only user.

Scute has not received an uopdate for ages...  gpg4win patch would be
easier for now.
