[Gpg4win-devel] Minor release planning because of GnuPG 2.0.27?

The release announcement of GnuPG 2.0.27 looks like we should prepare a 
minor update to Gpg4win. 

I've started initial planning at https://wiki.gnupg.org/Gpg4win/Roadmap

What other libraries should be update for a minor release?
Any defects that need urgent fixing as well?
