    Total: 6 File(s) 130,519,506,944 bytes

Encrypted (small file size raised my suspicion):

    2016-01-12 03:11 PM 942,553,782 Valuables_2015-06-13.tar.gpg

Decrypted (suspicion confirmed – data is missing):

    Total: 6 File(s) 1,670,488,064 bytes

*Is this a known bug?*

Also I notice that the original dates are missing, hopefully just
because of a missing flag during extraction from the tarball.

For encryption and decryption, on Windows 7 x64, I used Gpg4win 2.3.0’s
“More GpgEX options” context menu in Windows Explorer.
