[Gpg4win-users-en] Key not recognized.

I assume that you are using the "armor" mode both times,
so both files will have "readable" characters in them, not binary.

Using -vvv on GNU/Linux you can see which key was used in both cases so you 
could analyse the situation further. Note that Gpg4win1 uses WinPT for 
clipboard things if I remember correctly, can you confirm that you are using 
Winpt? If so you could check Winpt options.

And again Gpg4win1.9.x might be an option to try.
