Gpg4win 2.0.0rc1 comes with GpgOl 1.0.0 which should work with Outlook 2007.
There are a few issue when using it with Exchange, e.g. with read-only folder
or sending emails in a few cases.

For details of open issues in Gpgol, please see its tracker:
https://bugs.g10code.com/gnupg/issue?@template=search

If you can, give 2.0.0rc1 a spin, you can already download it
and we appreciate feedback of course.

Best,
Bernhard
