[Gpg4win-users-en] WinPT version in gpg4win package...

I notice that the WinPT version included in gpg4win is still WinPT 1.2.0 .

I went to WinPT's site to ask a question about GPG group support.
While at their site, I noticed that WinPT does not even distribute
WinPT 1.2.0 any more.
WinPT is at 1.3.0 and 1.4.0.  I can only assume that 1.4.0 is their
unofficial (test) release, and that 1.3.0 is their latest stable
version (based upon the standards at other tool distribution pages).

I really like the gpg4win suite, and would like to update to WinPT
1.3.0, but I don't think that WinPT 1.3.0 would install into the
gpg4win structure.

Is there a technical problem with adding WinPT 1.3.0 or 1.4.0 to the
gpg4win suite?
