[Gpg4win-users-en] Decryption fails with smart-card on gpg4win

I would like to issue a retraction on my question.

It transpires that while the V2 smartcard can create 4096-bit RSA
keys, getting it to work on GPG is useless at best.

After restoring from a backup, and creating 2048-bit keys, GPG seems
happy about it.

Add my story to the evidence that 4096-capable smartcards are not
possible yet. Maybe in V3 they will be. :)
