[Gpg4win-users-en] Kleopatra does not stop

Kleopatra closes itself to the systray by default. You can check if it is 
hidden in your system tray and then shut it down from there.

The bug in my opinion is that kleopatra does not come to the front when you 
start it a second time. I'm working on a fix for this so you can expect 
improved behavior in some future release.
