Are you sure you looked at the correct hash? 17a… is the (correct)
MD5-Hash, not SHA1 - you can even tell using the character count which
is too short to be a valid SHA1 checksum.

zeus tmp $ md5sum gpg4win-2.3.3.exe
17a2b75f3ee06908b9d82f3d892baf82  gpg4win-2.3.3.exe
zeus tmp $ sha1sum gpg4win-2.3.3.exe
67e13c4f90ff6a70ad57bd31af64a238c9315308  gpg4win-2.3.3.exe
