<div dir="ltr"><div>Hello everyone,</div><div>I'm using windows version 
of gpg3win-3.1.3. I used the option "Encrypt with password" option in 
Encrypt menu. The file got encrypted and when I opened, it was asking 
for password. That's great. <br></div><div><br></div><div>However, when I
 tried to decrypt the file, it didn't ask for password to decrypt it. 
Does this mean anyone with the gpg3win-3.1.3 installed on the computer
