<p>Hi Karthik,</p>
<p>I guess you have option "GnuPG-System/Secret Keys/Expire cached
PINs after N seconds" set to more than 0, and your 2nd check was
within that comfort time frame where you aren't asked again.</p>

<div>Hello everyone,</div>
<div>I'm using windows version of gpg3win-3.1.3. I used the
option "Encrypt with password" option in Encrypt menu. The
file got encrypted and when I opened, it was asking for
password. That's great. <br>

<div><br>
</div>
<div>However, when I tried to decrypt the file, it didn't ask
for password to decrypt it. Does this mean anyone with the
gpg3win-3.1.3 installed on the computer will be able to
decrypt and open the file without the password?<br>
</div>

</div>
<div>Thanks,</div>
