<p class="MsoNormal">I have installed sucessfully gpgwin 3.1.11 on my computer (W10, Outlook 2019). But gpgol plugin doesn’t load on outlook 2019, it appears as inactive.

<p class="MsoNormal">The error message of the complement is: Signature and loading certificate when starting COM isn’t found.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">I have already verified that gpgol.dll is located at bin_64.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Do you know what the problem is? Is there any bug of the application when running with Outlook 2019?<o:p></o:p></p>
