[gnessus-announce] Proposal for becoming an SPI project

All,

Based on yesterday and todays discussions, there is now a proposal up at 
http://www.openvas.org/doku.php?id=proposal_for_becoming_an_spi_project 
which outline our interest in becoming an SPI project.  The wiki page here 
will form the basis of point 5 on SPIs next board meeting agenda which can 
be found at http://www.spi-inc.org/secretary/agenda/2005-11-15.html.
