I would like new votes for Change Request #19 ("Style")

As more arguments have been issued for an existing standard (GNU), which was
already mentioned in the compendium than for anything else, your +1 vote
means: Obey GNU Coding Style and use doxygen comments in javadoc style.
and
(http://www.stack.nl/~dimitri/doxygen/).
Please note that the highlighted example on the webpage might not follow all
the rules (I tried an automatic formatter but gave up very fast), please have
a look at the reference if you want to be sure.

If the voting "fails" I will issue new CRs that split the topic into smaller
bites.

So far, use of doxygen seemed to be fine for everybody, so if you vote -1
please give me at least a comment about doxygen.

+1.
