[Openvas-devel] Systematic removal of superfluous checks-for-functions

Hello,

just another cleanup task for someone to pick up:

There are several checks in the NASL scripts that test
for existance of a built-in function. Many of these tests
can removed because even OpenVAS  1.0 has most of
these funtion as an integral part already.
