Memory dumps are stupid. Having the information in a portable format
would allow other tools (written in other programming languages) to work
on the cache. However I don't know if the cache only stores text data or
if it has other data types (numbers, IP addresses). If so, you should
pay some attention to data type sizes on 32bit vs 64bit systems, as they
may have problems loading them.
