The reason this is needed is essentially:

2.2.3
"changes by Nicolas Pouvesle :

- Replaced the functions in libnasl/nasl/smb_crypt.* by crypt_func.nasl"

crypt_func.nasl does appear to be available, but that and the smb_nt.inc files 
which use it seem a little dubiously licensed.
