Initial Comment:

The LSCGenerator for Solaris had trouble properly downloading patches from Sunsolve to due to changes in later versions of wget and changes to SunSolve in the last few months.  Older platforms running LSCGenerator were unaffected.

A patch has been committed to enable downloading the patches properly. The patch also fixes a minor issue where temporary files were vaguely named.
