[Openvas-devel] Various issues with GSA

The betas of the virual appliance and LiveCD are shaping up, and some of the
remaining functionality to be implemented is openvas specific rather than OS
integration which has been the bulk of the work up to now.

I am relying on the GSA rather than openvas-client for the interface.

So I have some questions/comments that perhaps someone can help with:

1) In the current state, the GSA function to update the NVTs does not work.
The openvasad.log states:

/usr/sbin/openvas-nvt-sync is not a NVT synchronization script

What would cause this error?

2) When trying to view settings I get:

  Operation: List Settings
  Status code: 500
  Status message: Internal error

The logs do not show anything informative. Where should I look to resolve
this?

3) When running a task with credentials, the ssh session does not launch
properly. I get:

Not setting login information for local checks at 192.168.2.115 : No
mapping found

Running a scan with credentials against a windows seems to work.

I'll dig into these, but comments are welcome (and a time saver).
