Initial Comment:
It appears that the following packages are missing from the repository index at: http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/security:/OpenVAS:/UNSTABLE:/v5/xUbuntu_12.04/

Those packages are the following:
openvas-administrator-dbg_1.2.0-1_amd64.deb
openvas-administrator_1.2.0-1_amd64.deb
openvas-manager-dbg_3.0.1-1_amd64.deb
openvas-manager_3.0.1-1_amd64.deb

They appear missing for both i386 and amd64 and OpenVAS cannot be installed without them.
