To the SPI board,

The OpenVAS project would like to accept SPI's kind offer of associate project 
status.  We look forward to working with the board on developing the project 
further.

Further to the original resolution, the OpenVAS project would like to notify 
the board that the development coordinator is now William Anderson 
<neuro at well.com>.
