Osnabrück has my vote if it's available.  Thought it was a good place to hack 
last time round.  Planned agenda looks good too - certainly think 
automatically generating plugins is good - still tampering with my Debian 
generator and some OSVDB magic :).  I'm going to need to book time ASAP 
though, so quickly deciding dates would be beneficial.
