this is a known set of warnings. Some NASL scripts had to be removed
for OpenVAS because they had a proprietary license (Nessus).
Other, GPLed scripts need them and now complain.
They will either not execute or only partly works.

Nothing. misc_func.inc was added after openvas-plugins 1.0.0 release and will
be available with version 1.0.1.
