Yup - the # of CPUs you can take advantage of depend on the number of
concurrent IPs you are testing, and the number of concurrent tests for
each IP.

Each IP tested is a separate governing process, and each test for that
IP spawns a separate process again, so it will happily gobble up as many
cores as you can throw at it.  Based on experience, once you get to 4
cores (with lots of memory!) you'll easily run into network bandwidth
issues before you run into processor issues.
