The command used is pdflatex and these

	\usepackage{comment}
	\usepackage{longtable}
	\usepackage{titlesec}
	\usepackage{chngpage}
	\usepackage{calc}
	\usepackage{url}
	\usepackage[utf8x]{inputenc}
	\usepackage{colortbl}
	\usepackage{hyperref}
	\usepackage[all]{hypcap}

are the packages used, if that helps your apt-cache searching.  Here on
Debian pdflatex is in texlive-latex-base and I think I have to install at
least texlive-latex-extra too.
