[Openvas-distro-deb] Openvas-plugins-dfsg uploaded to NEW queue

Hi all,

I have taken some time off tonight in order to:

- build and upload to Debian's NEW queue the openvas-plugins-dfsg package
as discussed in this list. The package uploaded includes all of Jan's
changes except for the version change and provides a dpatch file for
all of the changes to upstream's 1.0.7 release

- committed to SVN all the different packaging changes done from the
1.0.2-1 version we worked on over a year ago to the latest version.
I've submitted all the changes for a given Debian package revision
in one batch upload. This might make it easier to see the changes
  introduced.

Hopefully this package will get included in Debian proper so that we can fix
the long standing bugs #532937, #534846

Things to do once openvas-plugins-dfsg gets accepted into Debian:

- reupload a new openvas-server package removing the openvas-nvt-sync script

- reupload a new openvas-plugins-dfsg package basing the original sources
in the latest SVN copy (minus problematic plugins) and consider starting
the use of date in upstream's version instead of released versions (i.e.
  openvas-plugins-dfsg-20091007 instead of openvas-plugins-dfsg-1.0.7)

Regards

Javier
