[Openvas-distro] Debian: libnasl before libraries in NEW ?

Now both are there. There was a problem when I first uploaded
openvas-libnasl, which I have since fixed and reuploaded.

openvas-libraries will go in first, and openvas-libnasl afterwards (due to
dependencies)
