[Openvas-distro] Debian: openvas-libraries lost ?

I am a bit confused about the status of the openvas-libraries.
It is not visible anywhere anymore.
AFAIU Javier, it is scheduled for the NEW area.
Can I see it somewhere?

Who blocks it? Can we identify him/her/it?
