[Openvas-distro] Important patches for latest packages of openvas-manager and gsa

Hello,

there are 4 patches that would make the currently patched recent versions
of openvas-manager and gsa a lot more stable:

gsa: r7392 and r7393

openvas-manager: r7416 and 7417

Especially I woule like to see these in the OpenSUSE Build System.
Anyone  willing to added these patches to the packages?
