Some changes to the server page, to bring it up to date with latest sources.

Slackware

The OpenVAS-Server program and libraries are not official Slackware
packages but they can be easily obtained from the SlackBuilds.org project.

You can build the server following the generic SlackBuilds.org howto,
the packages have to be built in the following order:

   1. openvas-libraries
   2. openvas-scanner

Or, if you use sbopkg, you can run this single command:
# sbopkg -i "openvas-libraries openvas-scanner"

Also, these additional programs can be installed:
   1. openvas-manager
   2. openvas-administrator
   3. greenbone-security-assistant
   4. openvas-cli
- -8<-

Please note that openvas-cli has yet to be approved by the
SlackBuilds.org team. They also asked to avoid linking back to them
using Slackware versions in the url and to use this format
"http://slackbuilds.org/result/?search=appname" instead. So the links
should be:
 + http://slackbuilds.org/result/?search=openvas-scanner
and so on.
This also applie to the client page, which should link to
http://slackbuilds.org/result/?search=openvas-client

Thanks!
