Final packages are available publicly. If interested into testing (add
following to /etc/apt/sources.list depending on distro):
deb http://ftp.linux.hr/openvas/ubuntu/karmic/binary ./
deb http://ftp.linux.hr/openvas/debian/lenny/binary ./

We can make them official packages if needed. But before that, would like
to fix few quirks which I spotted. If somebody can build 64bit packages
or provide access to 64bit system, will gladly build them.

/usr/lib/openvas/plugins from my understanding. as /usr/lib holds
scripting plugins and scripts. For example, following scripting libraries
are held there:
/usr/lib/ruby/
/usr/lib/perl/
/usr/lib/perl5/

And also important question. Should it be Linux/OpenVAS wide decision or
just Debian (or any other distro)?

Take care,
