[Openvas-distro] WMI packages for Debian/Ubuntu with OpenVAS patches applied

Hello everybody,

New to the list, while packaging OpenVAS 3.1 this weekend I didn't see 
any recent WMI packages in the Debian/Ubuntu repositories out there. Not 
sure if this is the right place for this but I figured I'd throw this 
out for anybody else packaging openvas-libraries. That said I'm pretty 
new to packaging in general so I can't say everything is right or 
perfect. Its just what I ended up with to build openvas-libraries with 
WMI support.
