[Openvas-plugins] Yahoo Messenger Detection plugin

Goram,

Please refer to http://www.openvas.org/openvas-cr-23.html which describes
different plugins family. All detection Plugins are marked into "Service
detection".

I'll review the plugin and commit to SVN if everything is alright.

Can you please help us choose plugin family so we can update plugin. What is
the procedure for choosing one when making plugin?
