[Openvas-plugins] To all NASL-Devs: regarding internationalization approach

I would like to remind you that with CR #36 
(http://www.openvas.org/openvas-cr-36.html) it was decided to break with the 
current internationalization concept for NASL- NVTs.

Markus Schröder provided a script to remove usage of the "old" i18n mechanisms 
in all the existing NASL-scripts. Michael applied it with care to eliminate 
reference to the French translations, and I am going some steps now to remove 
the explicit "english" declarations in a couple of places.

But, we do not want to go through this process every now and then, so please 
do not use any explicit language "declaration" (like "english") anymore.
