[Openvas-plugins] Current CVE's being implemented

Hello,

NASL developers undertaking Plugins development, it so happens that the same
CVE/BID might be handled by multiple developers. In order to avoid duplicate
efforts, it was agreed to maintain the list of CVE/BID's at a central
location. 

I have committed cve_current.txt file to SVN under openvas-plugins. This is
to maintain the CVE/BID's or any other ID's for which Plugins are being
implemented by NASL developers currently. The file will be updated with the
CVE/BID at the time of taking up for implementation and will be deleted once
the task is completed and the plugin is committed to SVN.
