[Openvas-plugins] NASL-Skript for reporting all open ports not reported elsewhere

This is exactly what I was looking for.

I'm unsure, what should be the benefit of preferences. It's the same as
enabling/disabling the plugin.

Any hint on how to collect any not-yet-reported port? ;-)
