[Pywps-devel] tracker configuration

Hi,

I have configured our tracker [1] a bit, so it suites more to our needs. It 
should be more clearer now, what to fill (which  version, component, etc.). We 
did not use it till now much, but it seems so, that it is going to be used 
more and more.

Side effect: I have deleted all bugs, including history. I hope, I've done 
this, after I went trough all the bugs tickets. One, maybe two are gone - 
sorry to the authors. Please check, if you are still interested and submit 
them again. Sorry :-(
