Dear list,
  I'm having some problems with pywps because the encoding.
I want put up a service that will accept a LiteralString parameter.
Unfortunately it seems that pywps has some problems on dealing
with encoded at "@" symbols.

I wrote some test cases that shows the problem I found.
Do you have any suggestion?

To run the tests:

$ curl

$ svn checkout http://svn.wald.intevation.org/svn/pywps/trunk pywps-svn
$ nosetests
