Ubuntu 7.10 has Python 2.5 but your package may be compiled for Python 2.4. Try finding Skencil package which prepared for your Ubuntu version or recompile Skencil using latest sources. Message-ID: <23f7fc190712180750y2eea78cboa3149e92e565356c@mail.gmail.com> Hi all, sK1 Team released comparison report on WMF support in 14 proprietary and FOSS applications. http://sk1project.org/modules.php?name=Report Skencil application is also included in testing. We hope that the bug info will help fixing and improve Skencil WMF importer Quote from this report: "Free Software projects are already in good shape with regards to WMF compatibility. Remaining issues are quickly addressed. Unfortunately, it is not amusing anymore that actually usable documentation for MS-originated file format is provided by Free Software developers. And the history is repeating itself with ECMA-376." Best regards, Igor Novikov sK1 Team http://sk1project.org -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed... After some native extensions refactoring UniConvertor is compilable as native application under Linux, Win32 and MacOS X. For example, ready win32 binaries from our site is compiled by Visual Studio 2003. The release is a real evidence that sK1/Skencil could be multiplatform application.
