[Winpt-users] Announcement for WinPT 0.11.3

Hi!

A few minutes ago I released version 0.11.3 of WinPT.

Please note that gpg.exe is now longer included because
now WinPT also works with the latest stable GPG release (1.4.2).

This is mainly a bug fix release. For a full Change Log, please
