[Winpt-users] Announcement for WinPT 0.11.3

Hi,

the GnuPT-Installers are updated with the new WinPT-Version.
Download-URLs for these Installers are:

German:
http://www.equipmente.de/gnupt.exe

English:
http://www.equipmente.de/gnupt-int.exe

This will be the *last* Release of GnuPT. In the future there will only
be one project with an Installer for Windows: GPG4Win.
