[Winpt-users] Keyserver Problems

Hi,

I'm not sure if this is a local problem but whenever I
want to connect to subkeys.pgp.net:11371, I will get
"connection refused".

In WinPT 1.0.1, I the "connect not connect to host"
message will be more specific.

As I said, I'm not sure if the subkeys.pgp.net keyserver
is down for mainteance or if this is a local problem. But
http key import (via WinPT) works, so the socket code should
work.
